The Prey Project is an open-source application for laptops and mobile devices that lets the user track the location of their devices so that if stolen they can track them down and inform police. This is exactly the kind of service I want to apply to the pet tracking GPS collar technology.
LockItTight is another application that is way to reliable and have better features than prey. which is less intrusive and better support
